What goals do you hope to achieve for the SBA this year?
Increase membership among first year students. Another goal I hope for is to make SBA feel like a welcoming community by diversifying our networking opportunities.

What is the best piece of advice you have received?

It's not about the mistakes you make. It's about what you do next.

My Friends, My Family, and Self-Care

What athlete has inspired you the most?

Brett Favre

Where do you hope to see yourself professionally in 10 years?

I hope to see myself working in the front office as a scout for an NFL or MLB team.

Why do you want to work in the sports industry?

I have always loved following sports from a very young age. However, sports for me is all about the people. There are so many fascinating stories in sports that drive me to overcome obstacles. Being able to contribute to society by combining my passion with the inspiring work of others in this industry are what appeals to me the most.

What motivated you to get involved in the SBA?

As a graduate student, I wanted to figure out some ways to get involved on campus, combining my passion while gaining leadership experience. SBA allowed the opportunity for me to do that.

What do you consider your biggest strength?

Emotional Intelligence.

What part of SBA are you most looking forward to this year?

I am looking most forward to the recreational activities and events that SBA hosts. In other words, I am very excited to see what's to come with social events that can attract new members.

What is one thing we absolutely need to know about you?

I have dual citizenship of the United States and the United Kingdom.
